Roaster Pip de Pulford specialises in authentic 50’s flavoursome mid / northern Italian style espresso. Having trained under Barry Constable whose knowledge of authentic espresso roasting originated in the 1950’s Florence cafe scene. You are either contemporary or authentic. Each Hyper Hyper Barista makes each cup for each customer, or we just dont supply them. Fire on....



Probat UG22 roasting line

Hyper Hyper Coffee Roasters choose to roast and distribute solely from our Roastery in North Steet, Nowra, in the heart of the beautiful Shoalhaven on the South Coast of New South Wales. We use the world best practice 1959 Probat UG22 roasting line with cast iron and German iron drum (possibly "world's best-practice"). We benefit from: A constant supply of high grade ethically sourced green beans by our membership in the Fair Trade Association.



Authentic Italian Espresso

With these beans we proudly produce fine authentic Italian espresso here in the heart of the Shoalhaven. Roasting a great espresso for us is best achieved by developing flavours inherent in the bean's essential oils to a point of caramelisation dangerously close to destruction.
